What if I have credits left on my PlayCard?

  • Credits that were purchased are eligible for refund to the original form of payment. Bonus/Complimentary credits and Timed-Play are not eligible.

     

  • To request a refund for unused paid credits, please email Admin@WonderverseChicago.com with the following information.

     

  • Photo of the card with legible card number


     

  • Receipt (if available)


     

  • Estimated remaining balance

     

  • Please submit your request as soon as possible and no later than March 25, 2026. 

 

GROUPON VOUCHERS:

  • What happens to my Groupon?

     

  • Guests with an unredeemed Groupon voucher need to email customersupport@groupon.com to request a full refund.
