What if I have credits left on my PlayCard?
Credits that were purchased are eligible for refund to the original form of payment. Bonus/Complimentary credits and Timed-Play are not eligible.
To request a refund for unused paid credits, please email Admin@WonderverseChicago.com with the following information.
Photo of the card with legible card number
Receipt (if available)
Estimated remaining balance
- Please submit your request as soon as possible and no later than March 25, 2026.

What happens to my Groupon?
- Guests with an unredeemed Groupon voucher need to email customersupport@groupon.com to request a full refund.
