FAQ's

Except for special events, Wonderverse does not charge for entry. Attractions are priced between $6-$35 per person.
GUESTS CAN NOW BOOK ATTRACTIONS IN-PERSON. BOOKINGS WILL ALLOW GUESTS TO SELECT TIMES FOR EACH ATTRACTION.
Yes, Oakbrook Center offers free parking.
Guests under the age of 16 years must be chaperoned by someone who is at least 21 years of age.

At 8:00 pm, all guests must be 21 or older. Guests under 21 years of age will not be admitted after 7:00pm and are required to exit by 8:00pm.

Absolutely. For specific inquiries, please email us at GuestService@TheWonderverse.com or see any of our Guest Experience Hosts upon arrival.
We encourage guests to fuel up before and after engaging in the attractions as there is no food or drinks allowed while participating in the attractions.
There is no dress code for any of the attractions are Wonderverse!
We love to party! Please send an email to our Group and Event Specialist at Events@TheWonderverse.com including a your name, phone number, a short description of your event, target date/time, and # of guests. We will be sure to contact you right away!
