      What if I have credits left on my PlayCard?

      Credits that were purchased are eligible for refund to the original form of payment. Bonus/Complimentary credits and Timed-Play are not eligible.

      To request a refund for unused paid credits, please email Admin@WonderverseChicago.com with the following information:

      • Photo of the card with legible card number

      • Receipt (if available)

      • Estimated remaining balance

      Please submit your request as soon as possible and no later than March 25, 2026.

       

      What happens to my Groupon?

      Guests with an unredeemed GroupOn voucher need to email customersupport@groupon.com to request a full refund.
